Advertising a property for Long-Term Rental
This service is purely and solely an advertisement service to assist with the rental of your property.
Any enquiries will be directed to you as the owner of the property unless otherwise specified - and the owner of the property will take full responsibility for the content of the advertisement.
If your property is on the books of an Agent then you are advised to inform the Agent of your advert on our website.
Each advertisement will consist of a page on the website describing the property and including any images etc as required.
Obviously, you are strongly advised to take professional legal advice before entering into any Tenancy Agreement.
The cost of the advertisement is a one-off payment of £ 10 plus VAT for a twelve month period.
Should the advert need to be extended past twelve months then we will come to an arrangement for a further period.
This fee includes unlimited updates and we undertake to maintain your advert on this website, barring wholely exceptional circumstances.
